- Experience working in Portfolio Management (resource management, prioritization, new work intake) and executive level reporting activities (ie executive dashboards)

- Technical experience building and rolling out solutions to a large number of staff (portfolio/company wide)

- Experience and expert knowledge of MS365 tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, SharePoint, excel)

- Communication and Change Management skills - experience working with different groups of employees regularly to ensure to capture portfolio level information, or engage on other portfolio level deliveries

- Successful delivery of Digital Portfolio Management tools including detailed requirements, build, testing and successful roll out of applications and tools for the following:

- Project/Product Governance / Gating applications and tools,





- Current Work Intake (NWI) applications and tools (unplanned work)

- Resource Capacity Management and Resource Demand Planning validation

- Business process modeling including back end process flows, process steps, process diagrams (swim lane diagrams targeted to audience), job aids and supporting training documentation for:

- Project/Product Governance / Gating applications and tools,

- New Work Intake (NWI) applications and tools (unplanned work)

- Resource Capacity Management and Resource Demand Planning validation

- Digital KPI dashboard including data modeling and drill downs based on defined view requirements
