Role Purpose The Business Development Associate Intern will identify commercial opportunities and help Enabled Talent develop relationships with employers, educational institutions and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential customers and emerging markets.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Develop prospect lists across priority sectors.
- Contact organizations and arrange discovery meetings.
- Support sales proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist with pilot-program development and customer onboarding.
- Track opportunities, conversations and next steps.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support pricing and sales-positioning research.
- Help convert early conversations into qualified opportunities.





Qualifications Current student or recent graduate in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have

- Solid research, communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Confidence engaging with organizational decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Interest in accessibility and inclusive innovation.
- Startup or business-development experience is an asset.
