- Robust knowledge of BSA/AML, CTR, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, SAR, and CDD/EDD.
- Experience with business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred; SQL and CAMS certification are a plus.
