This full time position requires a minimum of three years of related experience and the ability to communicate effectively. You'll follow established recipes, prepare various food items, and help mentor Cafeteria Workers on culinary processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Cook meals according to established recipes and menus
- Prepare vegetables, meats, and pastries for cooking
- Set out food in containers and garnish accordingly
- Clean cooking, preparation areas, and utensils after use
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Three years of related experience; culinary courses preferred
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to lead and instruct team members
