Job Role: Business Systems Analyst - Expert Duration: 12 Months (Highly chance to extends) Location: Toronto, ON (Need to go 4 days in week onsite) Daily Responsibilities: Describe a typical ‘day in the life’ - Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

- Assist in the development of plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirement work packages
- Lead requirements prioritization, data analysis and document detailed data mapping requirements.
- Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders
- Support Business and IT program management team as required by ensuring priorities are understood and IT teams are equipped with detailed information in order to develop and test solutions effectively and as per expectations
- Ensure all IT development is properly tested; Reviewing UAT test cases completed by IT and execute BAT test cases, and by providing requirements clarifications and root-cause analysis
- Minor data backfill responsibilities to support overall IT migration plan.



Please provide a brief project description - Migration of various business segments within the bank from one credit platform to another. Will incorporate data mapping/analysis, transformation requirements, gap analysis, enhancements, testing. What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role:
- Ability to work with data is critical. Understanding SQL and ability to read/write it will be required to do analysis and write technical requirements.
- Ability to document gaps in a visually friendly way to present to stakeholders will also be greatly beneficial to support decisions, scope of work required to facilitate migration of clients.
