We are seeking an experienced

Business Systems Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our ERP workplace and related business applications. This role supports Finance, Materials Management, and Project teams by ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ERP administration, security roles, user access, and system controls.

- Provide daily system support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

- Lead upgrade planning, testing, and rollout activities.

- Standardize processes, templates, and SOPs across departments.

- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and adoption programs.

- Support reporting, integrations (Microsoft 365), and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide leadership and direction to an Associate System Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.

- 10+ years of ERP/business systems experience.

- Strong governance, security role design, and change‑management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑functional partnership skills.

- Experience in construction workflows and CMiC is an asset.
