We are looking for a Senior C#/.NET Developer with strong hands-on Prime Brokerage experience to design, develop, and support high-performance Capital Markets applications.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on C# / .NET / .NET Core development
- Strong Capital Markets experience
- Real Prime Brokerage experience is mandatory
- Experience with Prime Brokerage systems involving trade processing, margin, collateral, positions, exposures, risk, P&L; or valuations
- Strong knowledge of securities trade lifecycle
- Experience with products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, Options, Swaps/Derivatives
- Solid SQL Server, complex SQL and stored procedures




- REST APIs / Web APIs / backend services
- Multithreading, asynchronous processing and high-volume systems
- Strong OOP and software design skills

Preferred

ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework/LINQ, Microservices, Kafka/IBM MQ/RabbitMQ/Solace, FIX, SWIFT, securities lending/Loanet, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Prime Brokerage Knowledge

Experience with several areas including:
- Securities lending / Stock Borrow & Loan
- Margin & collateral
- Client/account-level exposure
- Financing & funding
- Market/Credit risk
- Mark-to-market / P&L;
- Settlement & reconciliation
- Corporate actions
