The Evaluation

Lead will develop evaluation frameworks, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and lead research initiatives in alignment with the Calgary Zone Service Plan. Your experience with statistical analysis software and technical writing will be crucial in compiling data and synthesis reports for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ongoing monitoring of Calgary Zone initiatives
- Design and implement comprehensive research and evaluations




- Develop clear communication plans for evaluation messages
- Foster solid collaborations with healthcare organizations
- Conduct periodic data analyses for presentations to leadership Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in applied research or related field
- Minimum five years in applied research/evaluation
- At least two years in a management role
- Experience in Primary Care is a plus
