Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our West Kelowna location. In this role, you will help ensure our vehicles are clean, safe and ready for customers while providing friendly and helpful service on the lot.
This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying busy. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and detail rental vehicles, including interiors and exteriors
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage and basic operation
- Record and report any new or existing damage
- Move and organize vehicles on the lot
- Assist customers with directions and basic vehicle operation
- Work with team members to prioritize vehicles based on operational needs
- Support basic vehicle maintenance and complete other duties as required
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Assets Previous experience is helpful but not required:
- Vehicle cleaning or detailing experience
- Basic automotive knowledge
