Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. Responsibilities

- Respond to service calls regarding tenant requests.
- Carry out various carpentry tasks in buildings.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Professional Requirements
- High School Diploma (DES - Secondary 5)




- Hold a recognized journeyman carpenter license from the CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) or RBQ (Quebec Building Board)
- Five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance carpenter.

Technical Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and own a car at the time of hiring
- Knowledge of spoken and written French
- Knowledge of English - an asset
- Non-Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of techniques and practices used in the trade.
- Ability to work and perform tasks according to trade rules, established procedures, and independently.
- Ability to assess and manage job risks and take safety precautions.
