Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Priority will be given to candidates with 5+ years working experience with a company completing renovation and addition related projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects.

This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, home renovations and general labor, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

- Layout and framing of interior and exterior walls.
- Lay tile and install flooring, ensuring precise measurements and quality finishes.
- Drywall hanging and finishing.
- Trim and finish carpentry.
- Painting.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.





Experience

- Proven experience in carpentry, drywall finishing, painting, tiling/flooring and trim.
- Proficiency in measuring and layout skills.
- Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
