The Case

Manager plays a vital role, managing a caseload of up to 30 participants, and facilitates monthly tenant meetings, crisis response, and ongoing support. Your focus will be on developing strength-based recovery plans that adhere to Housing First and Harm Reduction principles. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct tenant selection via BNL list with community partners
- Facilitate monthly tenant meetings for engagement
- Provide crisis response and ongoing participant support




- Develop strength-based recovery plans for clients
- Advocate for participants and connect with community resources Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in human services or related fields
- 5+ years of experience with individuals facing homelessness
- Expertise in crisis management and participant advocacy
