We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilize technology for sales transactions and maintain the cleanliness of the cashier area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.





Skills

- Robust phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for customer engagement.
- Proven skills in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sell products confidently while providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.
