Essential skills include effective communication and assisting patients with daily living activities. You will also play a critical role in educating patients and their families, aligning with established care plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, hands-on patient care as directed
- Support activities of daily living for patients
- Assist with family education according to care guidelines
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff Requirements:
- Completion of Continuing Care Assistant Program
- Provincial Certification with the CCA Registry
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
