Duties

- Support the implementation of educational programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children
- Assist in creating a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play-based learning, arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care and education
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and daily activities using computer-based record-keeping systems




- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention
- Uphold health and safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and emergency procedures

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and childcare best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Classroom experience demonstrating leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
