Job Summary

Third Eye Security Services Inc. is currently hiring Part-Time Casual Security Guards for various assignments throughout Hamilton, Ontario. We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented individuals who are available for flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional security and customer service at client locations
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Control access to buildings, properties, and events
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports
- Follow all company policies, post orders, and client instructions
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and the public
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence – Mandatory
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous security experience is an asset but not always required
- First Aid/CPR and other relevant certifications are considered an asset

Availability We are looking for candidates with flexible availability who can accept casual and part-time shifts based on operational requirements.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is an asset.
