We are hiring Cell Phone Repair Technicians & Sales Associates for our Mississauga location. We are looking for reliable team members who can perform common smartphone repairs, serve customers, sell phones and accessories, and assist with the day-to-day operation of the store.

This is a hands-on position combining cell phone repair, retail sales, customer service, and online buying/selling of mobile devices. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for daily store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Diagnose and perform common smartphone repairs, including screen and battery replacements
- Sell used/new mobile phones, accessories and related products
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and recommend appropriate products
- Source used phones through Facebook Marketplace and other online/local channels
- Evaluate devices, negotiate purchase prices and identify profitable buying opportunities
- Create online listings, photograph devices, respond to buyers and manage Marketplace sales
- Inspect trade-ins and purchased devices for functionality, condition, locks and IMEI/blacklist status
- Handle repair intake and communicate repair status to customers
- Process POS transactions and maintain accurate cash records
- Manage inventory, receive products and maintain organized displays
- Open and close the store and handle routine daily operations independently
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, purchases and sales

Qualifications:





- Previous cell phone repair experience
- Ability to independently perform common screen and battery replacements
- Knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
- Retail sales or customer-service experience preferred
- Experience buying/selling phones through Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms is a strong asset
- Comfortable negotiating purchase and selling prices
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Basic computer/POS skills

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Job type: Full time

Candidates with both phone repair and used-device buying/selling experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 44.0 per week
