Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various operating systems such as Android and iOS, along with experience in software troubleshooting and hardware repair.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and component repairs
- Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows
- Use schematics and technical manuals to identify faulty components and repair procedures
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble and reassemble mobile devices with precision
- Perform software troubleshooting to resolve issues related to device performance, connectivity, or OS errors
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards are met before returning to customers
- Assist retail sales teams by providing technical expertise on mobile device features and repairs
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used,



and diagnostic procedures for each device

Experience

- Proven experience working with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Familiarity with operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and how they relate to mobile device functionality
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs
- Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software problems quickly
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus but not required; excellent communication skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues related to mobile operating systems and applications

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
