Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain various mobile devices. The position involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing repairs, testing devices, and ensuring they are restored to proper working condition. The successful candidate will provide quality repair services and customer support.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in mobile phones and other wireless devices.
- Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices to access and repair internal components.
- Repair or replace defective components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, cameras, and other parts.
- Perform software diagnostics, updates, and configuration on mobile devices.
- Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Inspect mobile devices for physical damage and determine the required repairs.




- Provide technical assistance and explain repair requirements and procedures to customers.
- Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and testing results.

Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair or a related field.
- Knowledge of mobile phones, electronic devices, and their components.
- Solid attention to detail and a careful, meticulous approach to repair work.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform repairs accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
