Project
Manager pour diriger des initiatives technologiques complexes offrant une valeur commerciale mesurable. Ce que vous ferez - Elaborer des plans et des calendriers de projet afin de livrer les résultats dans les délais, le budget et le périmètre définis.
- Suivre et communiquer l’avancement des projets à la direction, aux responsables métiers et aux principales parties prenantes à l’aide de tableaux de bord et d’outils d’entreprise.
- Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord de projet pour surveiller et superviser les performances et les jalons des projets.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de définir les critères de réussite et garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Appliquer les méthodologies de gestion de projet et assurer la conformité aux normes, outils et cadres de référence de l’entreprise.
- Coordonner les ressources du projet et résoudre les problèmes courants afin de maintenir la dynamique de livraison.
- Favoriser l’amélioration continue grâce aux revues post-projet et aux activités de retour d’expérience.
- Intégrer les boucles de rétroaction des parties prenantes et les données de performance afin de promouvoir l’amélioration des processus.
What You'll Do - Develop project plans and schedules to deliver outcomes on time,
within budget, and within scope.
- Track and report project progress to Leadership and business leaders and key stakeholders using dashboards and enterprise tools.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards to monitor and oversee project performance and milestones.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, tools, and frameworks.
- Coordinate project resources and resolve routine project issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned activities.
- Incorporate feedback loops from stakeholders and performance data to drive process improvements.
Basic
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; typically, 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking and reporting tools in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, AI-driven dashboards, and agile practices.
Preferred
Skills/Experience - Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in project execution and resource coordination using enterprise tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted stakeholder communication and predictive analytics for risk management.
- Competence in applying project management methodologies and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex project documentation.
- Explicit written and verbal communication tailored to stakeholder engagement and leadership reporting.
- Ability to leverage dashboards and analytics to monitor progress and improve decision-making.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies in a dynamic environment.
- Competence in fostering collaboration and building relationships across cross-functional teams. Travel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Occasional travel may be required based on business and project needs. Ability to participate in virtual meetings and perform standard computer-based work activities. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
