Windermere Crescendo is seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Out of School Care (OSC) Educator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with school-age children in a supportive, creative, and structured environment.

JOB DUTIES:

- Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive workplace for school-age children
- Supervise children during before- and after-school programming
- Walk children safely to and from the designated school, following established safety procedures
- Plan and support age-appropriate activities (art, music, games, outdoor play)
- Maintain active supervision at all times
- Support positive behavior and social development
- Communicate respectfully with children, families, and team members
- Follow all licensing, safety, and centre policies




- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
- Able to bend, get-down to children's level, carrying or lifting children weight 50lbs or less.
- Spend time with children in the outdoor setting for at least twice a day when the weather is above -15c.
- Must be available between 7am - 6pm.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with school-age children (OSC experience preferred)
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$24.16 per hour
