R Russell Construction Ltd. is a medium-sized civil contractor with over 25 years experience in Municipal, commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects.
Position Summary
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities including subcontractors and our own crew
-Provide site layout and grade control -Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
-Ability to maintain schedule and meet critical dates
-Ensure materials are ordered and trades are coordinated as per schedule
-Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other employees
-Ensure all site personnel are adhering to the company safety policy and program and rectify job site hazards immediately
-Communicate any challenges or issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner
-Top wages paid, full advantages and pension plan
Qualifications Required
-First Aid/CPR Certificate and WHIMIS training
-Minimum 3 years of construction supervisory experience on civil projects
-Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
-Experience in job layout and grade control

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
