Independently carry a case load of litigation files from start to finish Defend auto claims, accident advantages, bodily injury, commercial lines, property, subrogation, and coverage matters Provide assessments to claims partners on liability and quantum of damages Draft opinions, pleadings, and motions Conduct Examinations for Discovery Attend case-conferences, Licence Appeal Tribunal hearings/arbitrations, and Court for motions, pre-trials and trials Share and contribute to the growth of legal knowledge with colleagues Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and superior legal services Requirements
