Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the Painting Department. The role will primarily focus on cleaning and maintaining the paint booth and surrounding areas while supporting the Painting team with cleaning and general other activities

Duties:

- Clean and maintain paint booths, floors, walls, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
- Remove paint residue, dust, debris, and waste from designated areas.
- Assist the Painting Department in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine cleaning of tools, work surfaces, and other designated equipment as required.




- Dispose of waste and materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure walkways and work areas remain clean, clear, and safe.
- Assist Painting department with cleaning and other general tasks when required.
- Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning materials and waste.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and skills

- Previous cleaning, industrial housekeeping, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.

Working Environment

- Manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Work may involve exposure to paint, dust, odors, cleaning materials, and other workplace contaminants.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
