We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner with experience operating floor machines and floor buffers to join our cleaning team in Cambridge, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a commercial facility, including floors, washrooms, common areas, and other designated areas.
Experience operating a single-disc floor machine / floor buffer is required for this position. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties
- Operate a single-disc floor machine / floor buffer for floor cleaning, scrubbing, and maintenance
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean designated areas
- Clean and maintain washrooms, common areas, hallways, and other assigned areas
- Perform floor care and ensure floors are properly cleaned and maintained
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning equipment
- Restock cleaning supplies as required
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
- Follow the assigned cleaning schedule and site procedures
- Maintain a professional and high standard of cleanliness at all times
Experience & Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required
- Experience operating a floor machine / floor buffer required
- Experience with other commercial cleaning equipment is an asset
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties and operate floor equipment
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday in Cambridge
