We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential properties. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including debris removal and surface cleaning to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of commercial spaces by dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and sanitizing restrooms
- Provide residential property cleaning services, including vacuuming, surface wiping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols




- Follow detailed cleaning checklists tailored for each property type to ensure all areas meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Skills

- Proven cleaning experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures across various property types
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning and construction sites
