Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour An established Winnipeg property management company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Residential Cleaner to help maintain apartment communities throughout the city.

This is a permanent, full-time position with primarily daytime hours.

***Important: To be considered for this position, applicants must have a valid driver’s licence, a clean driver’s abstract and a reliable personal vehicle, as this role requires regular travel between multiple residential properties throughout Winnipeg.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll help keep apartment suites, common areas and property grounds clean, safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities include

- Cleaning vacant and occupied apartment suites as required
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and washing floors
- Cleaning hallways, stairwells, entrances and common areas
- Cleaning windows, walls, doors and light fixtures
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces, mailboxes and high-touch areas
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Removing garbage and assisting with litter control
- Helping maintain clean and presentable property grounds
- Reporting maintenance concerns or property damage when noticed
- Safely using cleaning products, equipment and supplies
- Completing assigned work efficiently and professionally
- Travelling between different properties during the workday

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 2 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- A qualified and respectful approach when interacting with residents,



coworkers and contractors
- Basic ability to use a smartphone for text messages, email and work-related communication
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and workplace safety requirements

Driver’s Licence, Clean Driver’s Abstract & Reliable Vehicle Required This position requires regular travel between residential properties throughout Winnipeg.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be physically able to:

- Bend, kneel, crouch and reach
- Walk and stand for extended periods
- Use stairs regularly
- Move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
