Job Overview

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners (Light Duty or Heavy Duty) to join our team and provide cleaning services in a condominium building.

Duties (Depending on the position)

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, elevators, lobbies, stairwells, and amenity areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms and other high-touch areas.
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, doors, and mirrors as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness of floors and other building surfaces.
- Using cleaning products, equipment and supplies safely and properly.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Following cleaning schedules, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work environment.





Requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide a valid Social Insurance Number.
- Previous experience as a cleaner is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience operating floor-cleaning machines is preferred and considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, responsible and professional attitude, proactive and able to work independently.
