Client Success Coach | Remote (US & Canada)

Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 USD + Commission

On-Target Earnings: $127,000–$142,000 USD+

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET

Limitless Agency is hiring a Client Success Coach to work directly with digital marketing agency CEOs who are building and scaling their agencies.

This is not a traditional account management role. As a Client Success Coach, you will own the client relationship from onboarding through retention, serving as a strategic advisor, coach, and accountability partner. You will guide clients through the Limitless Agency system, help them overcome challenges, implement growth strategies, and ensure they achieve meaningful results.

Your success in this role will be measured primarily by client retention, with a minimum target of 70% retention at the conclusion of our 12-week program.

Responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding and strategy calls for new clients
- Own the client journey from sign-up through program completion
- Conduct regular coaching and accountability sessions
- Provide strategic guidance on agency growth and operations
- Maintain proactive communication with clients via Slack
- Monitor client progress and proactively address retention risks
- Identify opportunities for upsells and continued client success
- Manage client activities and follow-ups within ClickUp
- Collaborate closely with the Limitless Agency team

Qualifications:

- Experience in digital marketing and online marketing
- Agency ownership or agency-side experience preferred
- Coaching, leadership, and accountability experience




- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and agency business models
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing up to 40 concurrent client relationships
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the United States or Canada and available during Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Experience:

- Running or scaling a digital marketing agency
- Managing 30+ client relationships simultaneously
- Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Slack
- Experience working in performance-based compensation environments tied to retention or renewals

Compensation:

- Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 USD annually
- Commission: 10% of each retained client's recurring monthly payment
- Up to $6,000/month ($72,000/year) in commission potential
- Additional upside through client growth, upsells, and higher-tier programs
