Client Success Intern, Build Me App

Toronto, Ontario (hybrid)

Build Me App is a Toronto based software development and digital marketing studio. We build custom platforms for startups and growing companies, and we run their marketing alongside it. We are looking for an intern who wants real client facing experience early in their career, not a coffee run internship.

What you will actually do

You will sit in on discovery calls and take structured notes that turn into real client requirements. You will help draft proposal and follow up emails under our house style guide. You will track our pipeline across leads, active projects, and retainers, and flag anything that needs a nudge. You will get exposure to how a small studio actually runs sales, delivery, and client communication end to end.

What we are looking for





Transparent written communication is the single most important skill for this role. You should be comfortable explaining a technical idea to someone nontechnical without losing them or talking down to them. Comfort on a phone or video call with a client is key, we will test for this in the interview. Some interest in software, marketing, or small business is a plus but not required. No specific degree or year of study required.

What this is not

This is not a coding role and not a design role. If you want hands on technical work, this is not the right fit.
