EVENING PART TIME ROLE (Approx. 9 hrs/week + 1 Saturday 9-5 shift a month)

Club Associates at Reset Wellness are passionate about what we do to play a key role in supporting and growing our boutique wellness brand in Aurora.

We are seeking someone who personally lives a health-forward, active lifestyle and authentically aligns with our wellness-focused mission.

This role requires an outgoing personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail, and the ability to independently oversee daily operations while building positive relationships with clients in a fast- paced high end wellness environment.

Experience Requirements:

- Required 2+ years in a client-facing customer service role (experience in gyms, wellness clubs, or med- spa valued).
- Understanding of our mission and philosophies on health.
- Sales experience required (proven ability to sell memberships, packages and services).
- Strong sales skills: ability to build rapport, identify needs, and communicate service value.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Reception, payment and customer service tasks.
- Must be able to engage in moderate physical activity throughout their shift In a physically demanding role.
- Must maintain consistent weekly availability

Essential Duties:

- Provide exceptional guest experiences by explaining services, answering questions, booking appointments and building relationships with guests with a positive and outgoing attitude.




- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms between bookings, and managing overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the club.
- Handle reception duties, including booking appointments, greeting guests, and processing payments.
- Proven skills to sell services, packages and memberships, aligning with Reset's philosophy.
- Maintain club aesthetics with cleaning and preparing treatment rooms for each appointment with a high degree of attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Heavy daily cleaning requirements with a high degree of detail: including cleaning rooms, vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning with a high degree of care
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Lifting, crouching, twisting Etc.
- Daily use of cleaning chemicals and water treatment chemicals
