Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our agile manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Duties

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes to produce complex parts according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately to ensure precise manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on Fanuc or Heidenhain controls and other CNC systems to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments for quality control inspections and ensuring parts meet strict tolerances.




- Operate warehouse equipment such as cranes safely for material handling and packaging of finished goods.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs.

Skills

- Proficiency with Fanuc or Heidenhain control systems machine operation.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming techniques for milling machines and lathes.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply mechanical knowledge in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during machining operations.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure parts meet specifications consistently.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices with an emphasis on safety protocols and efficiency improvements.
