Summary

'Join FS Tool Corporation as a CNC Production Mill in our manufacturing facility in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring precision machining and quality standards are met, contributing directly to our mission of delivering top-tier cutting tools to our clients.'

· Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; specifications both imperial and metric units.

· Experience performing first-off inspections, in-process checks, and final quality verification to tight tolerances.

· Knowledge of CAM files, G-code/post processor codes, and basic CNC program editing.

· Basic computer skills and manufacturing software experience preferred.

· Post-secondary education in Machining, Manufacturing, or a relaSet up and operate multi-axis CNC grinding machines, including live tooling.

· Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and basic GD&T.;

· Perform first-off inspections and verify parts using calibrated measuring instruments.

· Able to set up and operate 5-Axis CNC Milling machines

· Adjust tooling, offsets,



and machine parameters as required.

· Maintain quality, traceability, and accurate production documentation.

· Knowledge of manual and CNC grinding operations, tooling, CAM files, and post processor codes.

· Ensure machines are clean, inspected, and operating efficiently.

· Execute the assigned manufacturing job(s) on the assigned CNC machine(s).

· Prepare setup for request of a first-off inspection either by an Inspector or Supervision.

Pay: $30.85-$36.84 per hour

- CNC Mill 5 Axis: 3 years (required)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (required)
- Manual and CNC Grinding: 3 years (required)
