Adecco is currently hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator for our client in Langley, BC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing production team where you'll play a hands-on role in both CNC bending and stainless-steel finishing operations. - Long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities CNC Bending & Fabrication - Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications - Bend stainless steel components according to engineering requirements - Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as required - Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime - Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring equipment - Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met Stainless Steel Finishing - Finish and polish stainless steel sinks and components - Correct scratches, imperfections,



and surface defects using appropriate tools and techniques - Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards achieved - Follow quality control procedures and identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Safety & Teamwork - Follow all workplace health and safety procedures - Practice safe lifting, handling, and material movement techniques - Report unsafe conditions and contribute to a safe working environment - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members - Complete assigned tasks according to production schedules and deadlines - Support other production activities as required Qualifications and Skills - Previous CNC Press Brake experience required - Experience finishing and polishing stainless steel products required - Stainless steel fabrication experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality - Experience using measuring and inspection tools - Manufacturing experience preferred - Automotive body repair or refinishing experience considered an asset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to lift and handle materials safely - Willingness to work overtime when required - Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable organization, we encourage you.
