Cellar is looking for a Coffee Supervisor to manage coffee service and team performance. You will merchandise products, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain cleanliness in compliance with Food Safety regulations. - Supervise daily operations of the Coffee Project
- Merchandise coffee to maximize sales and satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor product quality to minimize loss Requirements:
- Previous experience in coffee service and supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Robust multitasking skills in a busy environment
- Passion for providing superior customer service
- Willing to work full time, including weekends Elevate community coffee service and product quality while leading a dedicated team at The Root Cellar.
