- Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and skilled service in commercial Insurance
- Sell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business
- Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
- Handling activities and follow-ups in TAM
- Handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests
- Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
- Review Policy changes and documents to ensure correct coverages have been added
- Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Actively participate in training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
- RIBO License required
Skills:
- Proficient with Word and Excel;
- Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
- Be a team player with sound work ethic
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with The Agency Manager (TAM)
- SALARY is negotiable based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
