Echo Janitorial cleans commercial buildings across the Fraser Valley and Okanagan. No contracts, no excuses, just spotless work clients can count on.

We're rebuilding our Fraser Valley team around a small group of A-players. That's 3–4 people who handle our commercial accounts, deal directly with ownership, and get a steady routine in return.

What you'll do

- Clean a consistent set of commercial accounts on the same 5 days every week: industrial, strata, restaurants and offices across Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley and nearby
- Lead or work with 1–3 teammates on bigger sites
- Communicate directly with ownership and with clients
- Hit the standard every visit

How pay works You're paid per visit, not by the hour. Work efficiently to our standard and your hourly earnings go up. The range is $21–$35/hr, and our best techs make $32/hr.

What we're looking for

- Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
- A valid BC driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to complete a criminal record check (you'll hold client keys and alarm codes)

- A self-starter who takes pride in the work and communicates clearly
- Full-time preferred, but strong part-time candidates are welcome

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour
