Responsibilities include analysis, troubleshooting, and client support. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer voice network design and maintenance
- Oversee physical access control and surveillance systems
- Conduct physical security incident investigations
- Support emergency communication systems
- Document and train on technical procedures Requirements:
- Post secondary degree in IT or related field
- 3+ years in telephony and security systems support
- Experience with public address and lockdown systems
- Knowledge of telecom regulations and standards
