Tez Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide community-based services in Cranbrook. This opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to build a flexible caseload or supplement their existing employment.

You will support clients in their homes, workplaces, and community settings, helping them improve their independence and participation in meaningful daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes, workplaces, and community settings.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for clients with physical injuries, brain injuries, and mental health conditions.
- Assess daily living skills, functional mobility, home safety, and equipment needs.




- Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and practical strategies to support independence.
- Support community re-engagement and return-to-work planning, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, employers, and funding representatives.
- Prepare clear, timely clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Current registration in good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Experience supporting individuals with physical injuries, brain injuries, or mental health conditions.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, organize appointments, and manage a community caseload.
- Availability to provide in-person services in Cranbrook.
