The role involves managing a portfolio of condominium properties and working closely with condominium boards, owners, tenants, and contractors. Key responsibilities include:

Building strong relationships with owners, tenants, board members, contractors, and vendors.

Preparing annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports.

Monitoring operating expenses and capital expenditures.

Coordinating building maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.

Negotiating and managing service contracts.

Ensuring compliance with condominium bylaws and applicable regulations.





Communicating with residents and boards regarding property issues.

Working independently while managing multiple properties.

Traveling between assigned properties (driver's licence, vehicle, and clean driver's abstract required).

Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Simply Accounting is considered an asset.

Requirements

At least 1 year of property management experience.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of budgeting and property accounting.

Ability to work a adaptable schedule.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.
