Job Summary

Drizzle is looking for energetic, friendly and detail-oriented Cone Artists to join our team!

As a Cone Artist, you’ll be responsible for creating the soft serve, dipped cones, sundaes, milkshakes and other treats our customers come to Drizzle for. We care just as much about how our products look as how they taste, so attention to detail and presentation are a big part of the job.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position. You’ll be serving customers, preparing orders, keeping the shop spotless, restocking, and working with your team to keep everything running smoothly during busy rushes.

We’re looking for people who are upbeat, reliable, quick learners and comfortable staying busy, as well as working alone.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble ice cream cones with precision, ensuring consistent quality and appealing presentation
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, upselling products and promoting features to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy




- Assist in maintaining stock levels of cones, toppings, and other supplies to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

- Must be available late nights (past 11pm) and weekends
- Priorfood service experience preferred; familiarity with the pace of the food industry is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, particularly square, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
