· Follow all company safety procedures and applicable Alberta workplace safety requirements.

· Support other field activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

· Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience.

· Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

· Clean or acceptable driving record.

· Comfortable and experienced driving trucks and trailers.

· Comfortable working around construction sites, equipment, and changing site conditions.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong work ethic and a self-motivated attitude.

· Ability to mentor, train, and provide direction to other employees.

· Robust communication and organizational skills.

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

The Right Candidate

· Takes ownership of their work and responsibilities.

· Can look at a job and determine what needs to be done without waiting to be told.

· Leads by example and is willing to get their hands dirty.

· Enjoys mentoring and helping less-experienced team members develop their skills.

· Treats customers, coworkers, and job sites with respect.

· Understands the importance of safety and professionalism.

· Takes pride in keeping equipment, trucks, trailers, and job sites organized.

· Is dependable and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right.
