This is available for entry level, amd skilled laborers oin our agile construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to building structures that stand the test of time, all while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Support carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing work
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable and high-quality results
- Handle demolition, restoration work, or painting projects as needed to meet project specifications




- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, or welding tasks under supervision to expand your technical skills

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience or relevant training is highly preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, or flooring is advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
