We are seeking a Construction Lawyer with deep construction knowledge and proven experience drafting bespoke construction contracts to join our roster of lawyers. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record advising on complex construction projects, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of development, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and procurement teams.

Requirements

- Significant experience practicing construction and development law

- Strong drafting skills with experience creating bespoke construction contracts tailored to specific project needs

- Proven ability to handle large, complex contracts and manage high-volume work

- Practical experience with construction claims, liens, and disputes

- Demonstrated experience working with procurement departments

- Ability to work independently,



take initiative, and maintain organization in fast-paced environments

- Strong integrity and willingness to speak up when ethical concerns arise

- Comfortable in collaborative, team-focused environments

- Ontario-based candidates preferred, ideally in the Greater Toronto Area or Southwestern Ontario.
