Humans Welcome. AI Welcome. Human-AI Hybrids Welcome.
At Woodhouse, we embrace technology and may use AI-supported tools as part of our recruitment process to help review applications more efficiently.
We understand that many candidates use AI tools to help write resumes, cover letters, or prepare applications, and that's perfectly okay. Use it to organize your thoughts, improve formatting, or highlight your experience.
Just remember: we're hiring you, not your chatbot.
The strongest applications still reflect your real experience, skills, personality, and accomplishments. If an application appears to be entirely AI-generated or doesn't accurately represent the candidate, it may not be considered.
We'd rather read a genuine application that sounds like you than a perfect application that sounds like a robot.
