4 x 10-hour shifts

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controls Electrician/Journeyperson/2nd,3rd & 4th year apprentices to join our agile construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install BMS electrical systems, including control panels, sensors, wiring, and associated hardware for VAVs, VFDs, Pump controls, Chillers, RTUs, AHUs, Rad heating and other mechanical equipment
- Run conduit, pull wire, and connect electrical systems as per design plans and technical drawings.
- Assist in the commissioning of BMS, ensuring all systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
- Collaborate with BMS designers, commissioning techs and other team members to resolve installation challenges.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of installed systems to verify proper operation.
- Ensure all installations adhere to relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records of installations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an electrical apprentice /electrician, with a focus on installation work in commercial or industrial settings.




- Experience with BMS installations or similar electrical systems is required
- Valid electrician’s license or certification.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, control systems, and technical schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.

Pay: $25.20-$42.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
