Shift times are as below - Mon, Tue- 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM - Starting Wage - $23.56 per hour - Medical Perks - Uniforms provided - Bi-annual employee bonus Job Responsibilities - Follow cyclical menus and recipes - Prepare food for the dining facilities including preparation of soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc., - Ensure primary preparation for the entrée items are completed for the following day determined by scheduled numbers - Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service - Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product - Clean line and grill area - Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained - Assist lead cook/ kitchen supervisor as required or extra duties as assigned by them.
