Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards in a manner that ensures quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Skills
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
