Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious food on the line, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting the overall dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our guests receive top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and line cooking to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Support the kitchen team with food handling and safety procedures in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling techniques and ensure all meals meet quality standards.





Qualifications

- Previous food service or kitchen experience is a must (2 years full time preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Experience working in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a calm demeanor and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation, cooking, and cashiering.
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
