Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute dishes consistently to Mystic’s standards

- Complete daily prep and maintain excellent organization

- Work with local seafood, meat, vegetables, wild ingredients, and preserved products

- Follow recipes, techniques, and plating standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

- Assist with receiving, storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients

- Contribute to fermentation, preservation, and other culinary projects

- Communicate effectively with chefs and the kitchen team during service

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

- Help create a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous skilled kitchen experience is an asset
- A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service

- Pride in organization, cleanliness, and consistency
